For over 35 years, we’ve been listening
"Seemed like my life was finally headed toward positive and happily ever after direction…I had just married 'the love of my life and we just returned from a fun vacation to the windy city of Chicago. One never knows when the rug will be pulled out from underneath us. I was on my way to meet my best friend for a cup of coffee, when my life would change forever. Unfortunately, I was the victim of a significant car crash. The impact caused my head (under my chin) to slam into the steering wheel. From what I understand this jolt caused severe and permanent hearing loss. I was frustrated, confused and fearful of all that I was instantly NOT HEARING. It was like someone flipped a switch and I was scared and miserable.Â
That’s when Gail Hubbard came to my rescue. Gail helped and educated me to better understand what happened to my hearing. She explained my particular hearing loss in words that I could understand. She was so patience and amazingly understanding as to what I was going through both physically, medically and how I was struggling emotionally with this loss. After receiving some simple hearing tests, Gail immediately fit me for a comfortable hearing aid. Instantly, I could hear again and that was a much more comfortable feeling. If I ever have any questions about my hearing aids, Gail is always right there to answer even the simplest of questions.
Gail’s customer service is amazing, as well as her vast knowledge of all hearing aid devices. There are plenty of hearing aid options out there and Gail’s expertise really helped to swiftly narrow down the choices to the ‘Right Choice’ for my life style and hearing needs. Her staff is so personable and helpful. Ear Labs Hearing Center has really been a blessing to me. I truly appreciate their commitment to helping me get through this ordeal and helping me to hear again."

"I have been losing my hearing over the past thirty years. I inherited my hearing loss from my Father but he was profoundly hearing impaired by the time I was born. My father was extremely talented at fixing things, became very good at the computer and very capable of making it in the world. He was an example to me of what I could accomplish if hearing impaired. I began losing my hearing at 28 which is when I first met Gail Hubbard. She has been a great help to me and really understands that being fitted for hearing aids requires patience to get used to.
There are adjustments that are required to get used to them. I have talked to a lot of people about their hearing aids. Many say they have them in a drawer? I ask why? I can't function in the hearing world without them. I can't answer a phone or keep a job without them. The lady with the hearing aids in the drawer said "They squeak too much so I stopped wearing them, besides my husband answers the phone for me." I said excuse me but if you call Gail she would be glad to check your hearing aids and she'll make the squeak (normal feedback) go away so you can enjoy hearing your kids on the phone, tell your boss you want a raise or even hear your stomach growl for the first time in years. Do you know what you're missing?
Call Gail, she's professional, she's patient and she really wants you to hear better. She gives the greatest service as an audiologist. Now do yourself a service get fitted for the right hearing aids for you right now.
Change your life for the better by taking a painless hearing test. It takes a few minutes. You get your hearing aids in two weeks. I am 58. I'm going to Culinary School! Yes I have an 85 % hearing loss. I got a "A" in my first college class because of my new hearing aids. It can be done! What's your dream? Make it happen!Call Gail Hubbard, I trust my hearing life to her.
Sincerely Yours, for better hearing,"

"We here in the Imperial Valley are so lucky to have an audiologist as Dr. Gail Hubbard. She is a real asset for all of us that are hearing impaired. In my opinion it takes a very special person to work with people that have a hearing problem.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hubbard for over ten years. Over the years I have watched her diligently strive to give her patients the best possible equipment to improve their hearing. One of her strongest attributes is her patience and caring that she gives to each one of her patients.
I would highly recommend Dr. Gail Hubbard for anyone that has a hearing problem. Dr. Gail has given and continues to give so much to the San Diego and Imperial Valley Communities.
Sincerely Yours,"

"Gail Hubbard is an experienced audiologist. Never deal with a novice! I appreciate these things about her especially. She is NOT a salesman. She does not recommend you buy aids that you will "outgrow" in two years. She is very conscientious and really goes the extra mile to find the hearing aid that fits your loss -your life style and your wallet. She understands how much you’re hearing loss can steal from you. She knows how embarrassing it can be not to hear the person next to you. She realizes how isolated you can feel in a group. With her knowledge, she restores as much of your hearing ability as is technologically possible in the 21st century. And with her heart, she really cares about getting you the results you want. Hearing Aids have come a long way, and Gail will go all the way to get you back to a normal life."
